RESIGNATION OF TESSA PEARSON, CEO

Dear Members

I would like to announce that our Executive Officer, Tessa Pearson, tendered her resignation with the Australian Brangus Association (ABCA) on the 18th of September 2023.

Tessa has been with our association for the past 5 years. Under Tessa’s leadership, we have seen our breed flourish with increased memberships and an efficiently run professional office.

Tessa was an integral part of us creating an independent office and went above and beyond to make this a seamless and smooth transition, whilst creating a strong base for our breed to move forward.

Tessa’s positive “can-do” attitude and loyalty to the breed will be missed.  I would like to thank Tessa and wish her family all the best for the future.

The ABCA office will continue to run as normal with Kayla continuing to handle registrations, DNA and sales. Kayla will continue as the acting Executive Officer until a new Executive Officer is elected. Simone will also continue in her role, managing all marketing and events.

We thank the ABCA office staff for their great work.

Yours sincerely,

Brad Saunders
