After four years with the ABRI and eighteen months with the ABCA, Ashlee has decided to make a career change and will be moving into a book keeping role for an accounting firm in Armidale.

Ashlee commented that she enjoyed her time with the ABCA, finding the role both challenging and rewarding. The role also helped Ashlee to develop invaluable professional skills and knowledge.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the ABCA committee and members for your support throughout my time with the Association. I wish you all the best for your future endeavours and wish the Brangus breed continued success” said Ashlee.

The ABCA would like to introduce to you the new Executive Officer for the ABCA, Jamie Barwick. Jamie has completed a Bachelor of Rural Science from the University of New England and has nine years’ experience managing a Poll Dorset stud on his home property in Tamworth, NSW. He also has experience in livestock and precision agriculture research and has a keen interest in livestock breeding.

“I am confident Jamie will perform well in the position of Executive Officer and I wish him all the best in this role” commented Ashlee.
