 Colin Rex, who has been the Brangus Executive Officer for nearly nine years has accepted an internal promotion at the ABRI and will initially work closely with Ashlee to ensure a smooth transition of breed administration. Colin commented "Over the last nine years the Brangus breed had enjoyed massive growth and tipped this trend to continue. With the commercially focused attributes the Brangus breed offered to producers, Brangus cattle should continue to enjoy growth and increased market share. Mr Rex commented that Ashlee would continue the high service level Brangus breeders have been used to and with her skills, offer the breed excellent leadership to continue the breeds development.Ashlee has experience in the BREEDPLAN team and breed society section of ABRI as well as some time as a Technical Officer with the Southern Beef Technology Service.
